10 draft opened two times but got nothing

Question

I opened the 10 draft voucher two times but got nothing just a blank screen without any players

I was saving my GEMS for TOTY EVENT and when it arrived I opened the 10 draft vouchers on opening day of the event 2 times I lost my 20 draft vouchers and got nothing no players nothing at all just a blank screen my 20 draft vouchers was gone 60000 GEMS spend and got nothing zero just a blank screen without any single player I need HELP #HELPEAHELP

I also tried to restart my mobile and than opened the FC MOBILE GAME APP and still there was nothing no players 😡 😡 😡 HELP EA HELP it took me lot of time and efforts to save GEMS for TOTY EVENT I opened 10 draft vouchers two times and got nothing 60000 gems wasted #HELPEAFORUMHELP
