10 draft pack
I bought a ten-pack draft from the store, but the game kicked me out and my gems were wasted; please fix this.

Hi there. A game crash would not cause the content to be lost. You should either keep your Gems or receive the pack contents. Feel free to contact our support team so they can review your account and purchase history and check what happened.
