113 Overall Swap Verse Reset

So I unlocked the swap verse during the first week of footverse event and completed the exchange twice during the first week. It was stated the the refresh time is 7 days. And now its the third week and it still says that the refresh time is 7 days and cannot be exchange again until it resets.
