Re: OVR 120 Blanc signed but it became a ovr 91 Blanc!

Subject: Bug – 120 Blanc turned into 88 after exchange – No compensation (UID: Removed - CM)

 

Dear EA Support,

 

I spent real money to open players, then exchanged those players for 50,000 Star Fragments. I used those fragments to redeem the 120 OVR Blanc.

 

I made the exchange around 10 AM EDT on Thursday, May 7 (New York time). Immediately after, the 120 Blanc turned into an 88 OVR Blanc.

 

I know some people received compensation yesterday, but I have not received any compensation at all since my exchange.

Please give me the correct 120 OVR Blanc or refund my 50,000 fragments.
