While we have invested significant time and money into the game, you have only provided 200 draft tokens as compensation. This has effectively made our time and financial investment feel wasted.

I strongly urge you to review Turkish community channels, especially on YouTube, where a large number of players are expressing frustration and even quitting the game due to this issue. You will clearly see that many players share the same concerns and dissatisfaction.

This situation cannot be resolved with minor compensation such as 300–500 gems or 10–20 draft tokens. It requires a fair and comprehensive solution. Either provide equal compensation to all players or implement a rollback system to reclaim the unfair gains from those who benefited.

I expect an urgent response from your team. Please take the time to properly investigate the scale of player backlash and the number of users who are leaving the game because of this issue.
