2,000 FC Points disappeared without any purchases

Hello EA Team,

I would like to report an issue with my FC Points balance.

About a year ago, I stopped playing FC Mobile, and at that time I had 2,220 FC Points in my account. I recently returned to the game for the World Cup event and confirmed that my balance was still there.

I made only one purchase using 100 FC Points for a pack, which left me with 2,120 FC Points.

However, on July 18, I noticed that my balance had unexpectedly dropped to 120 FC Points, even though I had not made any additional purchases, opened any packs, or performed any transactions that would explain the loss of 2,000 FC Points.

If anyone else has experienced the same issue or knows of a solution, I would appreciate it if you could share your experience. I would also appreciate it if the EA Team could review my account and investigate what happened to my FC Points balance.

Please review my account's transaction history and help me determine what happened. If this is the result of a bug or error, I kindly request that my missing FC Points be restored.
