I am writing to inform you that there was a glitch in the game today between 06:00 AM and 07:00 AM GST. During that one-hour period, the "Worlds Game" event and the new "Champions" event were active simultaneously, which was highly unusual.

Many players took advantage of this glitch and were able to obtain 120 OVR players for only 13k Shards. They then used these inexpensive 120 OVR players in the exchange to acquire high-profile 122 OVR players, such as Kylian Mbappé and Marc Cucurella.

However, the glitch lasted for only one hour, which was not enough time for the entire player base to benefit from it. As a result, a significant portion of the FC Mobile community was unfairly disadvantaged.

We believe all players should be treated equally. Therefore, we respectfully request fair compensation for those who were unable to benefit from this unintended glitch. An opportunity to claim or exchange for players such as the 122 OVR Worlds Game Cucurella would be an appropriate form of compensation.

We sincerely hope you will consider this incident and provide fair and justified compensation to ensure equal treatment for all players.
