Reporting a bug regarding missing Badge XP in the "The World's Game" event

​I was at 1685/1700 XP on Badge Level 4 (only 15 XP away from Level 5 to get +1 Team OVR).

​I spent 2,000 Shards in the "Signing" section to redeem a new 115 OVR player that I have never owned before.

​According to the game mechanics, this player should have granted 20 Badge XP.

​However, after redeeming the player and losing 2,000 Shards, no XP was added to my TWG Badge progress.

​Just yesterday, I redeemed another player in the exact same "Signing" section and received the Badge XP normally without any issue.

Because of this glitch, I lost 2,000 Shards and am missing out on reaching Level 5 for the +1 Team OVR upgrade.

​Could you please check my account transaction logs and credit the missing 20 Badge XP (or refund the 2,000 Shards)?
