About My rewards

Hello EA Support,

I did not receive my Group Leaderboard rewards for the week ending 8 October 2026, but my brother received his rewards today.

I received my H2H and VS Attack rewards normally. Before the weekly reset, I climbed from Legendary II to FC Champion in H2H. After the reset, my Group Leaderboard showed “Complete a match before joining leaderboard.”

Could you please check why I did not receive my Group Leaderboard rewards and help me recover them if possible?
