Access Issue - Linked Gmail account has been deleted

Subject: Access Issue - Linked Gmail account has been deleted

"Hello EA Support Team,

I am contacting you because I’ve lost access to my EA account. The Gmail address linked to my account has been permanently deleted, and I am unable to receive any security codes or log in to change my email address.

I would like to update the email address on my account to a new one so I can regain access. I have all the necessary information to prove my ownership of the account (such as purchase history, linked console IDs, and personal details).

Could you please assist me in updating my account's email address?

    Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, we are unable to support account-related requests here on the forums. As the email address registered to the EA account has been deleted, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.

    The steps on this page would typically help you update that information, but since you no longer have access to the email itself it'd be best to just scroll to the bottom for the Contact us option. An advisor will need to verify a few account details, which it seems you have ready, and should be able to work with you to get things updated from there. Thanks!
