Account automatically overwritten

My FC Mobile account was 121 OVR and was linked to my EA Account and Game Center. I was playing on this account earlier today. Later, FC Mobile unexpectedly logged me out. When I signed back into both Game Center and my EA Account, the game offered “Revert to 84 OVR” or “Overwrite.” I selected Revert and it loaded an old 84 OVR team and made me go through the tutorial. I have screenshots proving my 121 OVR account and team. Please help restore the FC Mobile profile that was previously linked to my EA Account.

    Thanks for getting back. My previous message does have the screenshots and I did log into a different device and check.

    Hi there. Sorry to hear about your missing profile. 
    Please double-check that you’re signed into the same EA Account and Game Center account that were linked to that profile. I’d also avoid unlinking or connecting a different account for now. If possible try logggin in on a different device with your details to see which account will load. 

    If the game still loads the old 84 OVR team, please contact our Support through the in-game Help option so they can look into the account. If you have the User ID or screenshots from your 121 OVR profile, share those with support as they may help with the investigation. At this stage, we cannot promise anything, unfortunately, as it may not be possible to restore the account if it was overwritten.
