Hello EA, my account has been banned
for an hour.The error code Ox001027101

I’m facing a problem where I cannot access my FC Mobile account. Whenever I try to log in, I get this message:

“Suspended Account [0x00102710]. Your account has been banned for hours

When it started:

The error suddenly appeared on Wednesday around 12 PM. Before that, my account was working normally.

What happens:

Every time I open the game, it instantly shows the suspension pop-up with the error code and then forces me back. I can’t go past the main screen.

I hope you can help me check what’s causing this and review my account.

I want to join a league on fc mobile is saying an error so I deleted the app so I downloaded it back so am trying to login too it. next thing I saw is your account has been ban for an hour why you banning my account for no reason because am trying so many on the case you don't do any solution to it

It looks like the ban timer is stuck, so I request a manual review and unlock.
