Re: Suspended for no reason [0x00002710]

Hello EA Support Team,

I am unable to log in to my FIFA Mobile account and I keep receiving the following message:

"Account Locked - Error Code: 0x00102710"

The message says the lock is temporary for a few hours, but it has been much longer and the account is still locked.

I kindly request a review of my account and to remove the lock, as I have not used any third-party tools or illegal modifications. I would like to get back to the game as soon as possible.

Here are my details to help you verify the account:

Device: Android

Yes, that error message does mean there is a suspension on the account. We can't look into it for you through the EA Forums, but our Terms of Service team investigates bans. They can take a look at this for you if you send in an appeal.
