Re: Suspended for no reason [0x00002710]

Hello EA Support,

My FC Mobile account was suddenly locked and shows error code 0x00102710.

I was playing normally and did not receive any warning before this happened.

I have already waited more than 30 hours, changed my password, and stopped logging in, but the account is still locked.

I believe this may be a mistake or a false detection.

Could you please review my account and let me know when I can access it again?
