Account Login Error

Hi

I have my fc  account linked to EA account 

Today I tried to log it in my phone and even though I had the entered the same date of birth , it shows I entered different birth dates and I can't log in into my account 

I have tried this 4-5 times and same thing happens 

Please Fix this

That account is precious to me
