Account login issue

Hey EA , I need some urgent help with my account.

so there's been some issues with my fc mobile app. Whenever I try to open the application it takes me to the login screen, then when I login with my ea account it blacks out , the screen blacks out . I can log in with my other phone but why can't I login with this one. I don't think there is a problem with my phone . I think there is a problem with my account. Please try to reply as soon as possible and fix this issue soon . Thank you .
