Hi there. Thanks for joining our forums. This usually happens when the EA Account signed in on the FC Mobile Code Redemption page is not the same EA Account linked to your FC Mobile profile.
Please sign out of the Code Redemption page, clear your browser cache or try an incognito window, and sign back in with the same EA Account you use in the game. You may also want to try any other EA Account email addresses you use, as the redemption page may be detecting a different account than the one connected in-game.
Once you’re signed in with the correct linked account, try redeeming the code again and check your in-game inbox.
