Account suspended by mistake
Hello EA Support, My FC Mobile account was banned, and I believe this may have happened by mistake. I have not intentionally used any cheats, hacks, or unauthorized software. Could you please...

Community ManagerHi 3pv4etoizkqz,
Sorry to hear about the suspension on your FC Mobile account. I understand you're looking for more information on why this action was taken.
For your account's security and privacy, we are unable to discuss the specifics of a ban or suspension here on the forums. These cases are handled exclusively by our Terms of Service team, who can review the details of your case.
To get your case reviewed, you will need to submit an appeal through the official process. I recommend reading our guide on how to do that here:
Check and appeal EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions
Since you are playing on FC Mobile, please make sure you have your User ID (UID) ready when you submit your case, as the team will need it to locate your account.
After reviewing the guide, you can open a case by scrolling to the bottom of that page and selecting the Contact Us option. If you have any trouble with that, you can also use our direct webform to submit your case.
I hope the team can provide you with more clarity on the situation.
