EA I think there have been some kind of confusion or misunderstanding I woke up this morning to play fc mobile and suddenly I saw that my account have just been suspended for hours, I wasn't even given reasons why it was suspended please I beg you let this issue be resolved and we can go out happy ways thank you...

same as mine i played a match against a player h2h it was a fair match then the end of match i get disconnected with the banner of suspension for hours with 00102710 code,later i checked my penalty history and it is blank ,if you have suspended it for a reason then send me penalty notice and an email also,and duration of suspension end ,

Mine even up till now they haven't replied me from my research so far they don't give a specific time or duration for account suspension and they won't even tell you why your account was suspended all they will say is that you have violated EA's terms and conditions so we just have to wait and see
i will only wait until tommorow(4 dec 2025)or i will leave this game permanently what the heck it is , a suspension on the basis of what ?and saying it for hours .what hours? how long ? if my account has been banned permanently just tell me i just wasted my entire day on the matter, if it is going long so forget that i will play again . i was collecting shards i managed my top tier squad and now i cant anjoy my progress. lol it is far better to play konami football atleast they gmail you about the suspension .there is penalty history section and it is empty lol what the heck if it is nothing just open my id or tell me whenever it is going to be open ,and they say we cant tell about ban or suspension in the forums go to ea help , if you cant help us just say it we cant help you ,you lost your entire progress just leave this pay to win game.
leave this game bro ,konami football is far better for us free to play just grind and be legend ,not by spending money .

Hey! Brother the same this has happened with me and they aren't even replying to my mails and stuff, no specific details if I'll be able to get the account back or not. They aren't even intrested in letting us know if it's a permenent ban or not

They finally mailed me though, they said they will reinstate the account but not giving specific time, it is not a permanent ban it is an indefinite suspension
