ACHIEVEMENT QUEST SECTION NOT APPEARED!(AT LEVEL 23)

I need help with FC Mobile account. My EA account is linked with Gmail but my progress isn’t syncing. The Achievement Quest section is missing for over a week when i made my account. My User ID: 1039781853472112640. Please help fix this missing so much gems.
