Ads are not working

Hello EA Support. All Watch Ad buttons in FC Mobile have been grey for more than a week. I cannot watch ads in The World's Game event or anywhere else. I have cleared the cache and restarted my phone...

    Have you tried resetting your advertising ID from your phone's settings? On Android, simply go to Settings - Privacy - Ads and look for Reset advertising ID.
