After buying FC Points they didnt showed up

I bought 1000 FC Points in this TOP X2 OFFER for first time buy, It took €6 from the bank but I didn't get 1000 points, I tried restarting the game but the points didn't show up. The bank took the money, but after I exited the payment EA Servers said that the purchase failed. Either send that money back, or give me Fc points.
