All My Reserve Players Are Gone

I have experienced something absolutely ridiculous in my EA Sports FC Mobile Account. I have grinded and collected many players through F2P and P2W modes in the past few months, including 113 and 112 ovr players. I have had more than 780 players in my reserve. Many of them were very high OVR cards. Now, when I opened the game tonight, I found out all of my reserve players are gone except a few 60-65 rated players. My in game settings are changed. Even I didn't have Rooney, but now I have him from the League Exchanges suddenly. I just don't understand how this has happened. May be my account was hacked. Please help me EA to restore my account to the previous condition. Please. My in game UID is [removed].
