Been playing fifa mobile for a decade, first time I had an issue like this. I purchased around 48 anniversary packs to unlock the Milestone player. But the player remained unlocked. I asked for help through a verily poor and slow customer service. While awaiting for response, I purchased more anniversary packs in Mini game 4 thus over 50. I want to know why the Milestone player (and thus the Main Event Player) was not unlocked despite the 50+ purchases and consequently putting all my efforts and resources to vain. I cleared cache and all. EA Help code 193078052. Customer service was incredibly poor, inefficient, slow in providing quick no-use response without understanding the main issue. Intervention of at least 12 persons including Sudhanshu, Suresh, Sanjeev, Abhishek, Gautam, Himanshu, Mamta, Shubham, Jayesh, Jonaki and Sakshi.
I purchased more packs after reinstalling but it did not work. Allow me to clarify that I had more than enough Universal tokens to buy more Anniversary tokens which were to be used to purchase those Anniversary packs under the mini games - but I stopped exchanging and buying Anniversary tokens because of the persisting issue and the sluggish customer service. The event ended while customer service kept asking for screenshots. I asked customer service to either kindly grant me the rewards I missed and provide me with a way to contact proper support. Nothing yet, they keep asking the same nonsense. This was not a network issue nor a lack of tokens issue. It was the mini-game that malfunctioned.
Please let me know to whom and how request should be made for compensation given all the resources wasted with this bug and the regrettable and unproductive customer service. Thanks.
