Re: FC Mobile shows "device not compatible" after reinstall

Hi EA Support, I need help with FC Mobile 27. I have an itel A90 (model A6610L), Android 14, Unisoc T7100, 4GB RAM + 8GB expandable RAM, and 128GB storage. FC Mobile was working normally on my phone, but now the game tells me to update. When I open Google Play, it says “This app isn't compatible with your device anymore,” so I can't update it. Other EA games, including Need for Speed, still download normally on my phone. Please check why FC Mobile 27 is incompatible with my exact device and whether there is any way I can continue playing. I have around 74 hours of playtime and really don't want to lose access to the game. Thank you.
