Thought my problems were over once the new Pitch Beats update arrived, as it had been about a week since my last crash. However, I just launched my very first H2H match in the new Songkran event and the app crashed within the first minute of gameplay.
Again, I’m running the latest iOS version on 9th generation iPad and I keep having these issues. Anecdotally, this started (again) with the arrival of the new event. Is EA doing anything to try and investigate and/or address this recurring problem? It appears that others playing on iPads have reported similar issues (not only in this thread but in others as well) and it would be nice to know that EA isn’t just ignoring us.
Songkran H2H just crashed again. More than a little annoyed since I not only get no rewards, but I lose one of my three daily tickets! C’mon EA, help a user out here. Yet again, you’re churning out all this content, but what about the quality control? Similar to the iPad instability that came with the Neon event, the Songkran update appears to have similar issues.
At this point I’m prepared just to give up on the bigger rewards of Songkran H2H (because the frequent crashes would just wash out any winnings), but can you at least reimburse me the two tickets I’ve already lost?

The app just crashed AGAIN in H2H play—this time in Club Challenge UCL mode. I was nearly to halftime when it suddenly just quit.
I cleared my cache after the last one (less than 24 hrs ago), so I don’t know what else I can do. My OS is the most current version available and my network is fine. It’s not like I get a “network synchronization” warning message and then lose my connection. These are all situations where the game is playing fine until it isn’t—and the app just suddenly closes.
As reported above, this issue occurred before after the Code Neon event update, then seemed to get resolved (where I was able to play without problems for a week or so), but then suddenly cropped back up again when the new Songkran event dropped. So, although I never received any communication to indicate that a fix was a applied to the Code Neon glitch, the circumstantial evidence suggests there was, but that EA keeps pushing out new events that cause instability on iPads. Would appreciate it if someone at EA would at least acknowledge that there’s an issue and indicate if there’s any effort being made to address it (or if there’s something I haven’t tried that might remedy the problem). As it stands, I can’t play any H2H matches (regardless of mode) without expecting a mid-match crash. This renders a significant portion of the game (the bits that are normally my favorite part because you get to play other users in real matches) useless to me.

I just experienced it all over again, I was playing peacefully on iPad 9th Gen for a week and then these mini content updates came and my app is back to crashing every game. Jeez, this is getting frustrating, makes it unplayable on my device.
