Appeal a Ban
Dear EA Support Team,
I am writing to formally appeal the temporary suspension placed on my account. Upon launching the game, I received an error message (Error Code: 0x00102710) stating that my account has been banned for 1626 hours.
I believe this suspension is a mistake. I have strictly adhered to the Terms of Service and have never used any third-party software, hacks, cheats, or unauthorized modifications. My gameplay has always been fair and legitimate.
