Apple TV Free Trial Promotion Missing From News – iOS

I’m located in the United States and trying to redeem the free one-month Apple TV promotion in EA SPORTS FC Mobile.

My News section says “There is no News to display.”

I’ve completed the tutorial, linked my EA account, restarted the game, and restarted my iPhone. The promotion still doesn’t appear.

Can EA investigate why the Apple TV promotion is missing from my account and explain how I can redeem it?
