[Asking for Information] Last Transaction Still Processing

Hello there, i wanna report some problem who make me cannot top up on ea fc games, the problem start when the last day of fifa mobile exist and until now i cannot make any purchase on game, please please help me and my account, and i sent too my picture of bug and my user id

  • @EA_Illium My account was deleted, Why was my account locked while I was traveling in Vietnam? I need to unlock my account again.
  • I cannot make purchases in the store. Always get the same error about previous transaction. Any ideas?

  • I have the same problem and EA Support can not help me to solve this problem ….

  • I Purchased FC Points but in game it shows payment failed and I didn’t get my FC Points. 

  • If the above does not help, please let us know the following:

    • Player ID (Select the setting icon > UID): 757236153867055104
    • Are you getting an error message? (If so what is it?) Anytime I try to purchase anything on the store I’ll get a message saying that last transaction is pending but when I go to my purchase history the transaction went through. I restarted my phone, deleted the game and redownloaded it still get the same message
    • What Device (make/model) are you using?  Apple IPad Mini 6e /  IPadOs 17.3.1
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip  - See in attach
    • Do you have any device or app updates pending? No
