I've completed the kick-off challenge. But I can't play divison rivals. Please help me fix it!!!!

I have encountered an issue where my division rivals tab is still locked and the game is telling me that I have to complete the kick off campaign. However,  I have completed the entirety of the kick off event and division rivals remains locked for me.
