Badge Upgrades done after start of TOTY Event are not reflecting.

I had badge progress of 1685/2000 of Glorious Eras. I used the TOTY extra time tokens in star scout for obtaining Glorious Eras players and spent around 800m coins to max the Glorious Eras badge. Now, after maxing the Glorious Eras badge my team OVR should have been 122 (Base 115+ 5 Ranks + Max Festive Fixtures badge + Max Glorious Eras badge).

But it's still 121. The problem appears to be that glorious eras badge Max level was acquired after start of TOTY Event, whereas the festive fixtures badge Max level was acquired before TOTY Event and which still carried forward the +1 OVR. But +1 OVR acquired after start of TOTY Event through Maxed out Glorious Eras badge is not reflecting.

If that was the idea, why not notify the players beforehand so we would not have wasted our coins and fodders. If it's a bug, kindly resolve it ASAP as it's unfair to play division rivals (VSA and MM) against stronger players with -1 OVR difference despite having same badges and teams, just that acquiring the badges sometime after them. If the badges are not expired, there is no reason to not reflect the plus +1 OVR.
