Badges and player status

I have three groups of badges in BADGE DREAMCHASER that I have earned, but they are not included in the player's status or OVR. please fix my bugs.

the match does not start
I'm matchmaking and waiting for the game to start, but the game doesn't open and stays stuck. When I exit and re-enter, the match times out.

Can’t load a game
Since the most recent it tries to load a game, doesn’t even show the players on the loading screen and gets to 100% loaded but game never starts?
