The skill points of base silver players and base bronze players have been invalidated.

As shown in the picture, the rank has been upgraded to gold and the skill points have been used, but the skills are not reflected.

This is a player who changed the OVR during the update, from silver to bronze, from bronze to silver, from silver to gold, from gold to silver.
