Beckham chronicles rewards unclaimed are showing claimed when i didn't claim any

So i completed beckham chronicles and then when I went to collect my rewards in collection section i couldn't claim any reward and it was showing 1/1 claimed when i didn't claim it

    I have the same problem going on for months, i complained about do many times but they are not doing anything about it
