Bruno fernandes anniversary

Hi EA, I claimed the free 116 OVR Bruno Fernandes reward from the event. I saw his card in the reward animation, but he never appeared in my Club. I've checked my players and restarted the game, but he's still missing. Please investigate my account and help restore my missing reward. Thank you.
