Bug - Downgraded to Amature lvl from Fifa champion during weekly refresh

Hi Team,

In division rivals mode i was playing Fifa champion lvl across 3 formats (Attack, Head to Head & Manager mode) However yesterday during weekly refresh i have been downgrade to Ameture leavel and did not receive any rewards as well.

I believe this is a bug and assist me on this issue.
