BUG - EL KAABI does not appear in the Player Signing/Exchange

As shown in the attached screenshots, I have a 117 OVR ST EL KAABI in my player inventory (My Team). However, when I go to the Player Signing to convert players into tokens, EL KAABI does not appear in the eligible players list at all.
