[BUG] 105-106 OVR cards not available in Extra Time Token exchange

I got several untradable cards from other events (screenshot 1) but they aren't available for exchange in extra time token for some reason (screenshot 2). Please fix these bugs, TOTY has too many bugs to be properly playable.
