[BUG] Account stuck in Kick Off loop & Club locked - UID 607011463156834304

Hi EA Community Team / CMs,

I'm experiencing a critical account-side bug that has been blocking my progress for 2 weeks.

Issue: Every time I try to play the mandatory "Kick Off" (Saque Inicial) event, it immediately kicks me back to the main menu. Because of this, my "Club" tab remains permanently locked with a blue padlock, even though my account is already Level 16.

Status: Contacted EA Help multiple times, cleared cache, and opened tickets (escalated by advisors Ariel/Jahzeel), but the issue remains unresolved after 14 days.

Could a Community Manager please escalate this UID directly to the dev team for a profile reset?
