Bug can't leave the league.

I encountered a problem that I couldn't leave the league and didn't get events from joining the league. In July, I joined this league and was promoted to be a league owner. I want to leave the league to move the league, but the league owner can't leave the league because I have to delete all league members. But when deleting league members, I transferred the owner to another player and deleted that person. But now I'm still the owner. After that, I can't delete the member or transfer the owner to someone else. I want to help fix this bug and help remove me from the league because I can't accept events and items in the league at all.
