Re: Malen Bug Ruined Game

Dear EA Sports FC mobile Support Team, I am writing to formally raise an urgent complaint regarding the recent Star Signings bug involving the 119 OVR Donyell Malen Card. Due tp a critical backend error, Players were able to repeatedly Exploit the exchange system to farm massive amounts of shards - reaching up to hundreads of thousands or even a million sharsd in some Cases completely breaking the in game economy and creating an entirely unfair competitive gap between Players. Since this severe oversight severely penalizes honest Players who play fair, immediate action is required to restore balance. We urgently request that EA either completely claw back the exploited shards and follback the abused progress, or alternatifvely, provide fair and substantial compensation to the rest of the community such as a massive shards bundel or high-tier OVR player rewards so that the playing field is leveled dor everyone
