Title: The joystick randomly stops working during matches

Description:

I keep having this annoying bug where the joystick randomly stops responding while I'm playing. It happens in every game mode except Practice, and I don't know what causes it.

Sometimes the joystick stops working properly, and the game moves my player or sends the ball in the wrong direction depending on where my finger is.

lt's really annoying because I can't control my player properly, especially when I'm attacking. :/

One time, the joystick glitched and sent the ball straight to the opponent. 💀

But as well while I was playing a match while recording the evidence, The joystick behave a bit off because the joystick went in other way for maybe a millisecond so likely this is a bit annoying bug but the unresponsive joystick problem is kinda Hard to recreate

I have a video showing the bug happening during an actual match. I started noticing it around the time the Ballon d'Or event came out.

Please fix this because it's making matches annoying to play.

Notice: The video is in Spanish because Spanish is my actual language so just ignore the audio though but the joystick when I start moving is bit werid

Update: Bro EA_Pulsar i have a another question.. Did you even downloaded the video or something? Because i said that the joystick randomly stop responding while my finger is holding, since THIS IS NOT A STICK DRIFTING OR GETTING STUCK the joy stick,

Since clearly i had to remove this as solution because IT STILL ACTUALLY DOES THIS STUPID BUG ON THE STICK DRIFT + You gave the wrong instruction that supposed for stuck and joy stick, But IT LITERALLY SOMETIMES MAKE THE JOYSTICK JUST DON'T RESPONSE WHILE I WAS LITERALLY HAVING MY FINGER HOLDING THE JOYSTICK

Hi there. Thanks for reporting this issue. If your joystick keeps getting stuck or drifting during matches, try running through these quick steps and see if this will improve things for you:

Open Settings – Gameplay , locate the Floating Virtual Joystick option, and toggle it ON /OFF. Try both options.
If you are on Android, go to Settings - Apps - FC Mobile - Storage and tap Clear Cache to refresh your game files.
Wipe any dust or moisture off your screen. Thick tempered glass screen protectors can sometimes cause ghost touches, making the game think your thumb is still holding down the stick.
