Bug Compensation

I saw Malen in the star signing for 500 shards and I bought him. The next day I checked my account and he wasn’t there. I searched it up online and it was a “bug” but I got no compensation like the others did. I would like a compensation because I lost 500 gems and got none back and would like the chose of 5 122 overall players please. It’s sad I didn’t get anything back as so because my account is pretty new. My account is BrownButterBoy.
