Bug in prolongation

Can you provide a screen shot - I don’t know what prolongation is?

Here there is my bug

And this is the error message which is always put when i go in prolongation 

ah - it is extra time in english ... that is a weird one, have you tried it on another device to rule out it being device related?

Have you checked that you are not over the player limit of 1200 players, as that locks down some aspects of the game where you could get new players??

If you have done both, then contact customer service via the in-game settings menu and let them know that you have an account issue preventing you from accessing that part of the game.

Hopefully they will be able to help :)
