Solved

Bug in the extension section.

In extension it appears to me that I have already exchanged it and I do not have any extension tokens and I told myself that I have already done everything

    Hey there. Are you sure that you haven't claimed the Extra Time token already for this week?
     These tokens reset weekly. It seems that players have already used this option, thinking it was unavailable.
