I Didn't Recived Reward After Reached 10 star in fc Champion

I left my phone running with the Auto TD mode overnight in FC Mobile. When I checked in the morning, my FC Champion level had increased to 11 stars, but I didn’t receive the 10,000 gems that are supposed to be rewarded at 10 stars.
