Bug no evento Shanghai – Recompensas não recebidas

Hello, I had a problem in the Shanghai event.
There were two videos to watch that give rewards.
From the first video, I collected the reward normally.
From the second video, I only received the first reward. After that, I left the video, went to the event, and collected two rewards. When I went back, it showed that all rewards were already claimed, but I didn’t actually receive the rest.
Please check the logs and fix this issue. Prints attached.
