I got cannavaro 109 from starpass prize which should be sellable but can't be traded in the market
It's not tradable. The crossed arrows 🚫 means he's not tradable.

The last level's reward on the star pass was always going to be untradable. It just shows as a tradable on the star pass level display which is a bug.
