Since this issue has already caused loss of time-limited content (e.g. Cole Exchange), I would like to know:
- Has the game team acknowledged this as a known bug?
- Will the missing Exchange access be manually enabled for affected accounts?
- Is there an ETA for resolution?
This issue is not just technical, it is tied to **real-time gameplay progression** and **user purchases**. A generic reply without timeline or confirmation 。。I think it is hard to acceptable for a paying user.
