BUG ROAD TO IKON

There is a bug that occurs to all players,  there are no matches or challenges in the road to the icon, and some players have not completed all the challenges and have not claimed their prizes.Like me, and not everyone has enough universal tokens to exchange, please EA fix this Bug now please... Thanks
